Travala Partners With Polygon
Travala, a travel and accommodation blockchain based platform, has partnered with Polygon to accept USDC stablecoin for payments. The company already supports over 80 cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin. USDC stablecoin is the latest addition to their crypto payment method.

Travala hosts over 3 million travel items worldwide. They accept reservations for hotels, flights, excursions, and other types of accommodations. Other cryptocurrencies supported besides USDC include Bitcoin (BTC), Binance Coin, Tether (USDT), Dogecoin (DOGE), Cardano (ADA), Ripple (XRP), and Shiba Inu (SHIB).
Ripio Launches Bitcoin Card
Ripio, a crypto platform in Latin America, partnered with Visa to launch a prepaid card in Brazil that pays 5% bitcoin cashback with any purchase. Users can spend their bitcoin anywhere that supports Visa transactions without experiencing fees. Ripio expects 250,000 users will be leveraging the prepaid card by December later this year.
"The 5% cashback in BTC is an excellent yield tool for users and certainly far superior to the options offered by traditional financial institutions," said Sebastian Serrano, CEO of Ripio.
Users are limited to a monthly maximum of $250, until October 31, 2022. nd the company will spend near R$1.5 million on the new product. This is part of a growing list of companies and institutions expanding bitcoin offerings to Brazil, as the country boasts a large number of bitcoin investors.
Cardano The Most Intimate Crypto Brand
Cardano (ADA) is the most intimate crypto brand, according to the MBLM Top Brand Intimacy 2022 survey. The popular cryptocurrency corporation had a quotient score of 52.6 in the assessment. The corporation was scored 26th overall, with Disney taking first place with a score of 68.1. Cardano is ranked between Ford and Nestle, with a score of 52.7. Bitcoin (BTC) came in at number 30 with a score of 51.9.
MBLM's Brand Intimacy Study considers the emotion users have for the brands. According to a quotient score between 0 and 100, the study examines intensity, archetypes, and stages to determine how intimate the relationship is. The study notes that 41.1% of users are "in some form of intimacy with the brand".
